I followed the steps to install firmware-util on an HP 14 Falco After the instllation with no error the machine will not start and shows no sign of life. Any suggestions?
Have you tried Hard resetting?

If you think your device is bricked, the quickest and easist thing you can do is to perform a Hard Reset (AKA an EC Reset): press the [Refresh+Power] keys simultanenously, then release.
It does not respond in any fashion. Screen an lights remain dark no matter what i do.
I have same problem when i try press refresh+power keys i still heard it reboot but not thing show up in the screen.
Try this from the chultrabook forum.
