I have an HP 11a G6 ee chromebook converted to windows but after i install windows, i noticed that the unit is very slow, I checked the performance in task manager, the cpu speed is stuck @ 0.79 ghz even i load more apps. please help me how to fix.

Don’t run any other OS on this machine, anything other than chrome os is pain
