you can’t. You also don’t need to turn on Developer Mode to install apps outside of the play store anymore
But I was able to download and install the music app on to this SAME Chromebook before in the past BEFORE all this Chrome Developer Mode bullshit came about.
most ppl here are not experts on ChromeOS as we don’t run ChromeOS on our devices. the ChromeOS subreddit is your best resource for sorting out issues when running ChromeOS on your device

probably because of the way you framed your question - they don’t like dealing with questions about things other than ChromeOS, and assumed your question was about that. post asking how to install the app without developer mode and you’ll get the info you’re looking for
But I DID ask my question about how to install my YMusic.io app onto my Chromebook without developer mode. in my video that I posted on my YouTube Channel.
