Help please: No sound with Coolstar Audio drivers on Acer Spin 713 Chromebook

Do you guys have any ideas why there is no sound?
I installed the paid audio driver csaudiosstavs.zip which I confirmed are installed in the device manager. I also installed all the other drivers (which do work correctly).

This is with an akali360:
Acer Chromebook Spin 13 (CP713-1WN)

Your help is very much appreciated.

Try to play a video or test any audio. Does it work? Can you control the volume?

Hi… I ended up switching to fedora linux and no longer have that issue. I ended up switching to linux because i was getting Blue Screen of Death in windows. Thanks so much for your reply!
