Summary of the Issue
I am stuck on the recovery screen with the following error after restoring to Stock firmware:
recovery_reason: 0x2b / 0x2b Firmware secure NVRAM (TPM) initialization error
Steps to Reproduce

Used Ubuntu Live USB

Manually flashed using command: sudo ./flashrom internal chromebook-stock-firmware-HELIOS-20250826.rom

Attempted a ChromeOS Recovery USB (created via the official utility) to reinstall the OS

The recovery process finished successfully, but upon reboot, I encountered the 0x2b TPM error
Expected Behavior
Boot into the ChromeOS welcome screen normally
Additional Info
I have already tried rebooting the device multiple times, disconnected the battery
