I used the full ROM to put Windows 10 on my Chromebox. My headphone jack is now not working. Bluetooth works, and USB works, but the headphone jack doesn’t work. I am new to Windows so I am not familiar with much. I did a diagnostic on the sound, and it said it was a driver issue. I am not sure how to fix this, but I eventually got here and found a lot of issues:
I can’t see any audio output on the pic you posted so it seems your problem is a missing driver, audio drivers are the most difficult to find when installing windows on chromebooks, what you can try is using Bluetooth for audio output or you can buy the audio driver on coolstar.org, also you can try to find it by yourself but good luck with that.

you’re missing a ton of drivers, not just for audio. Follow the directions here and on coolstar’s site. Do some reading on Device manager, drivers, driver installers, etc.
