Hardware write protect disable on Pixelbook Go

Hello. Recently I disabled the hardware write protect (screw on motherboard) on a Samsung Chromebook, flashed the firmware and installed Debian 12. It works really well. I’ve installed a bunch of Linux apps and I’ve been using it for a few weeks. At first, audio was not working, but a script fixed it and now no issues. I have 16gb Pixelbook Go and I’m thinking of doing the same thing.

MrChromebox has instructions on how to flash the Go with a cable, but the cable is unavailable. Does anyone know exactly how to flash the firmware on the Go using the battery disconnect method? Any input would be useful. Thanks for your help.

Thanks. I started at Chrultrabook and didn’t see that. I appreciate the help.
