Firmware Utility Script shows incorrect device

Hello,

I have a Pixelbook (2017) (Pixelbook specifications - Pixelbook Help). Running the FW Utility Script (2024-07-23) shows:

  • Device: Toshiba Chromebook 2 (2014) CB30/CB35
  • Board Name: SWANKY
  • Platform: Intel BayTrail
  • Fw Type: Stock ChromeOS w/RW_LEGACY
  • Fw Ver: Google_Eve.9584.230.0 (09/06/2021)
  • Fw WP: Disabled

Smashing my two brain cells together and trying to install Full ROM UEFI firmware anyway errors and displays a hardware mismatch.

Let me know if more info is needed

nothing else is needed other than to smack whoever changed the HWID on the device from EVE to SWANKY. And then change it back and reboot.
