Hello, I have installed Windows 10 on my “HP Chromebook x360 14 G1”, It was working fine since 6 months, Then I did not used for last 12 days and then turned it on after 12 days and its hanging too much.
Sometimes its getting stuck on shutdown and sometimes on boot. Hanging all the time and being so slow while using it. Any ideas? I think it’s Firmware’s fault? What you guys recommend?
If you’ve used it for that long
- Update the firmware
- Update the operating system
- (If needed) re-image the operating system
