Drivers Touch pad doesn't work asus cx1500 windows 11

Hi guys I have tried using touchpad after installing drivers but they don’t work. I reinstalled them but still nothing.

running Windows on a Chromebook requires a certain amount of technical literacy. If all you can tell us is “I installed the drivers and it doesn’t work”, then it’s unlikely someone here is going to take the time to walk you though basic Windows driver management, how to use Device Manager, etc.

I agree with MrChromebox, but I will take the time to help. Can you enter device manager and right click the touchpad device under pointing devices. Then click properties and tell me what message you see.

Hello this is what I see

It says that I need to turn on touchpad and restart laptop but after I restart still nothing works.

The first one says that it can’t find any free assets.
The second says that I need to turn off one device to use touchpad.

Also these are devices that windows detects

you really need to switch your language to English for us to be able to help.

If you have a GALTIC board or derivative (other GAL* Jasperlake device), and have 2 touchpads present in device manager, then you need to update to the latest firmware and use the ‘Set Touchpad type in SSFC’ option of the script so that only the one present shows up.
