Hi basically i was trynna run win 10 on my old chromebook i fixed up and basically i followed the guide and what it got to the part where it says Press Ctrl+U on the white splash screen. This prompts your Chromebook to boot from the connected USB flash drive. my chromebook just beeped and nothing happened i tried pressing ctrl d again to try to get back to the cmd prompt thing but no luck what should i do?

there is no part of the documentation here that tells you to do that.
If you’re following someone else’s guide, go to them for support.
Also, they are wrong, and don’t understand how Chromebooks work. Read the documentation here and you will be successful.
