Device Manager - unknown devices

I’ve got a Nautilus with m3 processor, all up-to-date Coolstar drivers and MrChromebox firmware, and three unknown devices in the Device Manager. Just curious if anyone else has something similar and figured out what these are.

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1919&SUBSYS_19198086
(“Multimedia Controller” according to Device Manager)
devicehunt.com says “Xeon E3-1200 v5/E3-1500 v5/6th Gen Core Processor Imaging Unit” which is odd because, of course, I don’t have a Xeon processor at all, and the Kaby Lake processor that I do have is 7th Gen not v5/6th Gen.

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D32 (“Multimedia Controller”)
devicehunt says “CSI-2 Host Controller”
This is Camera Serial Interface, so is probably the camera on the keyboard deck which is unsupported by Coolstar, and is a useless piece of shit anyways.

ACPI\VEN_PRP&DEV_0001 (“Unknown Device”)
Not much to go on there, but it’s an ACPI device of some kind

All systems seem to work on my device (except the keyboard-deck camera); just curious about these unknown devices.
