Device Manager - unknown devices

I’ve got a Nautilus with m3 processor, all up-to-date Coolstar drivers and MrChromebox firmware, and three unknown devices in the Device Manager. Just curious if anyone else has something similar and figured out what these are.

(“Multimedia Controller” according to Device Manager) says “Xeon E3-1200 v5/E3-1500 v5/6th Gen Core Processor Imaging Unit” which is odd because, of course, I don’t have a Xeon processor at all, and the Kaby Lake processor that I do have is 7th Gen not v5/6th Gen.

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D32 (“Multimedia Controller”)
devicehunt says “CSI-2 Host Controller”
This is Camera Serial Interface, so is probably the camera on the keyboard deck which is unsupported by Coolstar, and is a useless piece of shit anyways.

ACPI\VEN_PRP&DEV_0001 (“Unknown Device”)
Not much to go on there, but it’s an ACPI device of some kind

All systems seem to work on my device (except the keyboard-deck camera); just curious about these unknown devices.
