Hello everyone, I have an issue with Windows 11 on my Dell Chromebook 3100 2 in 1.
The Chromebook turns off at around 12%, ignoring the 5% “critical battery level” I set in the power plan options in control panel. The icon on the battery in the taskbar changes from the low battery warning symbol to an X symbol, then Windows shuts down. If I turn the Chromebook back on, it continues working until power is cut by the Chromebook (around 2%), completely ignoring what was set in the power plan options.
In the power plan options, I’ve set the low battery percentage to 20%, the reserve battery percentage to 7%, and the critical (shut down) percentage to 5%.
I am running MrChromebox 2509.3 firmware.
