Dell Chromebook 11 (3120) [Peppy] audio and video is slowed down insanely.

I installed a fresh installation of Tiny10 onto my Chromebook. I installed all of the drivers. They all worked great! But there was an elephant in the room. I installed the audio driver, which is named the Maxim 98090 Audio Driver. I installed it specifically from the coolstar.org website. After installing and a quick restart, I decided to test out the performance, and that kind of stuff, ya know? As soon as I played a YouTube video, it sounded… odd… The video, looked like it was slowed down. Yes. Slowed down. I checked the playback speed, but it was set to normal, so I was thinking, why is the playback slowed down? And then the audio. The people in the video sounded like they had a deep voice. Now, I know the other person in the video has a deep voice, but not that deep to where I think they are one of the other characters in the video. It is very suspicious and weird at the same time. I feel like something is wrong with these drivers. Also, not only the video sounds weird, but the WINDOWS SYSTEM SOUNDS is very weird also! I knew something was up. The windows volume sounds weird, the video sounds weird, What am I supposed to do. I feel like this is not supposed to happen. By the way, I have attached a video below, so you can see what I am seeing, and hearing  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-KsVPnkUKujUl6jZDDjiXF8hLYX_RjUm/view?usp=sharing
So, what should I do, should I get new drivers, install a different OS, what is it? So if anyone could help me and reach out to me, that would be great. Thank you for reading this long paragraph. - OofyFly
P.S. Sorry that the video is a little bit poorly edited.
