CSAUDIOINTCSOF GUI will not generate unregistered license file

I’ve successfully installed Windows 11 on ASUS C436FA i7-10510U.

I’m trying to create the unregistered license file for Coolstar SOF Intel Audio driver. However, the downloaded CSAUDIOINTCSOF GUI will not generate this unregistered license file… it does not even open a window to choose a save location for the file.

Can you please advise how to overcome this fault?
