Cryptohome is corrupt? (It is related to ChromeOS and Linux)

(This is a copy from my Post in the Google Chromebook Support Forum (Cryptohome is corrupted. - Chromebook Community) )

Please note, that English is not my native language and therefore I may make (or have already) mistakes, so feel free to correct me.

I know that I made some things that are not allowed or permitted from Google and therefore void my warranty.

I have a Asus Chromebook Flip C433T (HWID shyvana), which has dev mode already enabled.

Im using the VT-2 Shell while I was cruising around and doing something in ChromeOS.

So I have been trying to dualboot Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and I have been referring to the MrChromebox Guide to do it. I selected the RW_Legacy Option to do it and later tested if the Live USB-Stick Thing works. Before I started installing, I wanted to free up some Space for the Ubuntu Installation and I found a tool called ChromeOS Automatic Partitioning (CRAP). I also backed up my data incase something goes wrong (which was a good decision) and I made a 40 GiB free partition, which I later selected in GParted in the Installation Media of Ubuntu. It also asked me to make a bootloader, which I completely forgot. So I went back into CRAP and I wanted to free up 100 MiB for the bootloader. The tool warned me about having my data cleared, so I continued and it send me after a reboot into the setup of ChromeOS. I continued as usual, after trying to log in into my Account, it displayed an error which said “Cryptohome is not mounted”, or something like that. I made a crucial mistake and rebooted my Chromebook, to which it said after entering my login details again “Cryptohome is corrupted.”. I went back into the Ubuntu Live Install to sanity check the Partitions of ChromeOS, when I noticed, that it didn’t recognise the eMMC of the Chromebook. I restarted the Chromebook and as usual I get that “OS Verification is off”, I try to enter the OS via STRG + D, to which it does some kind of automatic repair, which fails and reboots after 5 minutes. I have tried many things: Recovering ChromeOS, trying to boot off Ubuntu, Hard Resetting, Factory Resetting, going back to Normal Mode, then to dev mode again, nothing worked. I have researched for like 2 hours, but everybody says “Reboot your Chromebook and Factory Reset it” or something similar, but nothing works. I will accept every solution, even soldering stuff to the motherboard, I have a spare Raspberry Pi to do this.

Please, If you guys have some Information at all, I would be grateful to have that, my Chromebook is still supported by Google and I would like to use it further.
