Hello, I purchased the CoolStar SOF Audio driver and I’m trying to use it on my ASUS Chromebook CX9400.
My Purchased Licenses page shows a registered license called asus CX9400, but when I download the signed license and install it using GenLicense, I get:
“Valid License, but cpu doesn’t match!”
I generated a new sof-unsignedlicense.bin on this exact Chromebook. When I try to register it, the portal says:
“Item not owned with the specified discount or owned copies all used.”
Please could you reset/reassign my existing SOF Audio license to this Chromebook so I can register the new license?
