a long time ago, i bought audio drivers for HP 11 G9 EE chromebook, but now i installed windows on my school chromebook. im trying to put audio drivers on it but it says, “item not owned with the specified discount or owned copies all used”. i already bought audio drivers and my school chromebook is in the same category as my personal laptop. help???
drivers are licensed per device, you can’t move them from one to another without emailing coolstar for help
