Oh, and perhaps a starting page which introduces Forums & Docs in this site’s domain with no subdomains
(e.g chrultrabook.com/index)

I think something related to this is being worked on at the moment.
Regarding the custom webserver:
Documentation is now hosted under https://docs.chrultrabook.com/
