Chromebox Acer CXI4 External Monitor Experiencing Intermittent Blackouts

I work for a school district that provides Chromebox Acer CXI4 units to our middle schools, each equipped with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Recently, monitors across all our buildings have started to sporadically black out. Despite trying to switch to the newest Chrome OS and attempting various troubleshooting steps like unplugging and reconnecting cables or restarting the devices, the issue persists. Out of our 200 devices, nearly half have experienced this problem suddenly. We even replaced cables with no luck. Could this be related to Chrome OS versions 124 and up? We noticed the issue around the time Chrome OS 123 was released. Any suggestions, thoughts, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
