Cant boot usb/doesn’t detect usb

Sorry if my English is bad.
So i was trying to install pop os on my chromebook via rw legacy seabios
The following things happened

  1. I press ctrl+l then i have to select an number (select a numeric key to select ab alternative bootloader: )
  2. When I press any number it loads and then i get to the part with press esc for boot menu which only shows internal storage
    And then it shows some other things and then I am stuck
    Does anyone know how to fix this?

i gave up and installed full bios
