Cannot Clear NVRAM

Acer Chromebook 15 (CB3-531) Banjo Baytrail - Screw Removed
Full ROM / UEFI MrChromebox - 4.22.0
Running Linux Mint XFCE. Everything works as expected.
However, I just clean installed switching from Xubuntu and now I notice boot errors about region and communicating with TPM. So, I updated to 4.22.0. I tried to clear the NVRAM and it errors out. If I enable the TPM chip, then I cannot run the script updater. With TPM disabled, everything works. I just cannot clear the NVRAM. It isn’t a huge deal. I’m just not sure what I am doing wrong.
Thanks,
TKs

what do you mean by clearing the NVRAM? Via the script function? That has nothing to do with the TPM

That is correct. This is the error I get.
