C731 Chromebook stuck in windows 10 install no drivers

i followed the guide but got stuck in the install part collecting information a window called windows setup is asking for drivers this wasn’t in the guide did i do something wrong or do i need to find drivers for my Acer Chromebook 11 N7 (c731) (Relm)

There was an issue with the drivers in the laptop. It is insufficient. Try one of these options.

  1. Flash Windows using either Rufus or Windows Installation Media.
  2. Attempt to inject the drivers into install.wim which is provided in the ISO (REQUIRES TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND CAN CORRUPT INSTALLATION, SO TAKE CARE OF THE FILE)
  3. Just use a Linux distribution. There are various Linux distributions designed to replicate Windows such as Linux Mint or Zorin OS

search - this happens when the install media is created incorrectly, or you use an unofficial ISO which has stripped out drivers needed for your device.

i thought you could use any old flasher since i don’t have a windows pc can i use ventoy on Linux

there’s documentation here for a reason
