Audio Not Working on Windows 10

I recently change the OS from ChromeOS to Windows 10 (via tiny10) and now i am not hearing any sound at all. i checked out Coolstar Website, and it’s does not have a sound driver for the BOBBA Chromebook. please send me help.

  1. I was able to find the drivers on CoolStar’s website for BOBBA
  2. Audio driver is listed as “CoolStar SOF (Intel) Audio”
  3. Tiny10 might not work with drivers due to potentially missing components, so if something won’t work on these “lite” versions of Windows, then you’re on your own.

Well if I can’t get audio for Tiny10, then what windows os should I get?

Normal windows…? From Microsoft…? Downloading from anywhere else is asking for more spyware on top of the Microsoft spyware

As stated by bluraf, if you use a 3rd party windows image, you’re on your own

ok so i change from Tiny 10 to Windows 11 which i got from the Microsoft website. so now i have to get the audio drivers you just remembered. right?

Correct. If you need a debloated windows install, give 11 enterprise iOT ltsc a try. It’s a debloated version of windows supported by Microsoft and by us.

the version i got is Windows 11 Pro. and i used a autounattend.xml file to debloat and bypass the OOBE after the install. and before you ask, i watched a video on youtube. called “The Perfect Automated Windows 11 Install USB.” from CyberCPU Tech.
