Audio is garbled on most if not all distros - Marasov

Edit: Forgot to mention that the machine is question is an Asus CX34 Chromebook Plus with a 12th gen i5.

Seems I can’t upload files in here, so here is a rapidshare link: debug-logs-Marasov-2025-04-27_09h22m.tar.gz - Rapidshare

Let me know if there is somewhere else you’d rather have the file be available.

I’ve tried pretty much all distros I can think of, in some there is no audio at all, just a dummy output, others the same garbled audio as described below happens. (Ubuntu 25.04, Mint, Manjaro, OpenSUSE, Debian 12.10 etc)

In the current distro I am on, Fedora KDE 42, the audio is garbled after having done the audio fix. It doesn’t seem to react to volume it just constantly is completely garbled.

Please let me know if there is any additional info required. Thanks!

This fixed it! Thank you very much!
