SuzyQable has covered the UEFI MrChromebox-2603.2 BIOS with a CCD deprotector brush. The system is running Windows 11 24H2 LTSC. The issue is that after pressing the shift key + shutdown and then restarting, the keyboard mapping becomes invalid. I’m not sure if this is due to the BIOS?

sounds like a bug with the EC/keyboard controller. can you provide a cbmem log that shows the EC version?
The issue you mentioned is too deep-seated. I really don’t know how to extract device logs. I’m just a computer novice. Sorry
