Can we use wifi and bluetooth slot for an additional m.2 2242 storage ssd or nvme drive?

the m.2-2230 socket is wired for PCIe 2.0 x1 and USB. You can install a NVMe drive but it’s going to be bandwidth limited. The main m.2-2242/80 socket is PCIe 3.0 x4 for comparison. You can’t install a SATA drive as 1) it’s not wired for SATA, 2) don’t believe 2230 SATA drives exists
