Assistance Required for Drive Selection Issue

Dear Team Coolstar,

Today, I mistakenly selected the discounted driver option ($5) on coolstar. After downloading, I realized it was the wrong driver. I have since added another $5 to my account and now wish to purchase the correct, non-discounted driver. However, I am currently unable to proceed with the purchase.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I emailed them twice, but I haven’t received any response.
