for the C720, need to select the trackpad type under UEFI platform settings. Try one, if it doesn’t work, try the other.
Audio drivers are just standard Realtek HDA, download from Realtek.
Use SDIO to install the missing PCI/system drivers.

HOW DO I LOCATE THE UEFI PLATFORM SETTINGS?
there’s a settings menu when you press ESC at boot

Found it, it was previously on auto after interchanging there was no different
I think the issue is from motherboard chipset driver

Couldn’t find chipset driver and sound driver of Chromebook Acer C720 on Cool Star and the touchpad driver available on cool Star is not working hopefully because the chipset driver aren’t installed
sounds like you need to figure out how to use Device Manager to identify devices missing drivers then, or use a different tool.
I will be grateful if you can help on details information on how to use device manger to find missing drivers ..
I’m not a Windows user/dev/, don’t provide Windows support. Plenty of YT videos explaining Windows basics.
