Hello, I have an Acer Chromebook 317 CPU Intel N5100. I installed windows according to the instructions. I bought a sound license. I installed it. The driver has been installed, but the sound only works in headphones. It doesn’t work in the speakers.

I tested the second, identical model of the Acer Chromebook 317 laptop but with the N5100 processor. I bought the drivers on the Coolstar website. The same problem. No sound from speakers. Sound only in headphones. How to get money back from coolstar?
