Hello I am getting issue on 300e 2nd generation touch not working after instilling windows in Linux touch is working fine I tired all driver same issue on windows 10 I have tried 10 Chromebooks same issue only in phaser360 300e not getting in 500e phaser360
how do you expect us to diagnose “it doesn’t work under Windows”? You’ve given us zero info to go on.
You need to get familiar with Device Manager and how to resolve problems there. Installing Windows on a Chromebook is not for people who don’t understand basic Windows driver troubleshooting.
I checked in Device Manager — the driver is showing and there’s no error, but it’s not working. When I restart the machine 2–3 times, it starts working for 5 to 10 minutes, then it automatically stops again. It doesn’t show any error or any mark that would indicate what the problem is. It’s the 300e 2nd Gen, and this is the only issue. I have 100 machines, and all of them are having the same problem.
