Hey guys,i have got a Samsung Chromebook (bluebird) and wanted to ask if i could use a USB to USB C adapter to plug a keyboard or mouse in for the installer as my chromebook only has 1 USB port. Dont want to get through all those steps and realise i have nothing to actually click install 
Yeah an adapter will work. You can also press tab and space to navigate through the windows installer.
