Hello, I upgraded my Patreon membership to the $1,050 USD plan. The payment was successfully charged (Patreon and my bank both confirmed it), but in my Coolstar account my Store Credit still shows 0.00 USD.
It only shows my old $240 balance.
Could you please manually credit the $1,050 USD to my account?
