Summary of the Issue
my chromebook is a DRALLION-FXEL, Dell Latitude 7410, the main issue is that, the EC is unable to respond to the software update, which is me trying to flash a chromeos ISO
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
The behaviour I am receiving is
when turned on, it turns on and off twice(flashing a dark screen) for a bit, before dropping me of at the “system is applying a critical update,” before shutting off again 2 times, which leads to the “chromeos is missing or damaged",
when i press CTRL + I, i get a wall of text describing the issue amongst other things (image attached)
when i Refresh + Power, it discovers my USB, but is unable to write the flash, stating there is an issue with recovery
CTRL + C leads back to the same update screen
i will add more information, logs or otherwise if stated, thank you in advance, sorry i do not know how this website works;((
