I followed all the steps to install Windows on my Chromebook, I have a Lenovo Flex 5 Chromebook code name Lillipup. And no matter what i do the drivers i install do not work. Especially the essential ones, like the TouchPad driver. Even bluetooth will not turn on to connect a bluetooth mouse, a usb mouse dosent even work. Im at a dead end here, and some guidence is greatly appreciated.
OK, I am going to suggest first that you install linux and see if that works.
Yes linux touchpad works, everything out of the box except external display or audio. Whats perplexing, is i have installed windows on here before even with the paid audio drivers and everything. But nothing is seeming to work.
If we could get at least a mouse working, i could see the device manager output and try something from there
Any Ideas, im open to any
What version of windows are you using?
I am useing windows version 24H2
How were you able to install drivers?
Yes i was able to install all drivers provided from coolstar except the paid ones becuase the website requires a mouse. The drivers that were installed had no errors that i could see.
Can you go into device manager?
Yes i can
Go into device manager and find what device not work, than right click than properties. Then copy the text in the text box and paste it here
Which one would the touchpad be under?
Mouse or pointing devices
Bluetooth Output:
This device is currently waiting on another device or set of devices to start. (Code 51)
Dependencies:
ACPI\INT34C5\0
there is nothing for the mouse or pointing devices dosent even show anything
But I’m not sure, because you did install the drivers from CoolStar…
@coolstar Could you possibly help with this? (Sorry for the ping)
Im just really stuck, i dont know what im doing wrong
To be honest this looks like a driver issue. One component is not starting causing this,
