Summary of the Issue

System Randomly Crashes usb loses power after unplugging and replugging in need to force power off.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Boot Windows Installer (Sometimes crashes before showing the Windows but after booting.)

  2. Do something in a GUI Window

  3. Will Crash

Expected behavior

System will black screen USB devices lose power after unplugging and plugging back in.
