Summary of the Issue

Im gonna paste the github issue i made here:Describe the bug
When playing any sound, there is a relatively quiet but still noticeable ringing noise coming from the speakers. Before, I never noticed it, then later when plugging it into the wall it only made ringing, and now it makes ringing even on battery. If I turn my ear away from the way I usually sit in, it’s not as obvious. When the sound is at 0% volume, it still makes ringing noise when playing audio. After not playing audio for more than a few seconds, it stops which is when I presume the soundcard goes to sleep. Sometimes, it is loud enough that the video sound can’t drown it out. I do not wanna try fixing this on my own because when I tried to get audio on Pop!_OS to function, I heard all sorts of awful sounds which led me to distrohop.
