HP Chromebook 11 g6 - camera not detected on Debian

Debian is installed on the Chromebook. The “Cheese” program has never detected the built-in camera, as well as other similar programs. Only the “Camera” program (James Westman / Camera · GitLab) detected the camera on first launch (there was video from the camera and the camera diode was white), but on next launches there was no image and the light did not shine. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the program, the camera still could not be detected and the light did not shine. In the /dev/ directory, there is no “video0” file or anything similar. What should I do?
