Can I enable BIOS/UEFI password?

Hello to everyone,

I would like to know how I can password lock the bios of my Acer Chromebook 314.
Apart from that, if it’s TPM capable. I could install the driver, but Windows refuses to use it (gets detected through device manager but not in Windows security). And also in the BIOS, doesn’t appear anything in the Trusted Platform menu,
